DRAMA in Court : Jailed journalist Remy Asiteza has finally been arraigned b4 Buganda Rd Court Magistrate HW Rita Kidasa although in a Kangaroo style.
UJA teams with his lawyers including Robert Benon Jurua, Atabua Shamil, Allan wagobe & Brenda Bira were assured he ‘d be arraigned at 2pm, but only to smuggle him secretly b4 HW Kidasa who just remanded him until 9th September with exclusion of lawyers and journalists. Only SA Joan Keko & ‘ the complaint’ Minister Babalanda’s PA Juma Masuumi were in Court!
We only hope for Asiteza’s fair trial.# Journalism is not a Crime
